Just wanted to see who has been using their products and what your thoughts are about them. Been watching the videos and checking their stuff out. The rail systems looks really nice. Have a new boat build coming with Rogue Jet and though about adding these for my boat.

When I got my boat, I loaded up with FishFighter gear. Anchor nest, anchor, anchor ball/puller, rope bag, rail slider system, kill bag. I definitely recommend the anchor system. The rail system is good, but I would consider the FishEng products as well.

I went with Miller marine rails and base mounts as they are less expensive and can be locked in any position where the fish fighter SRS had preset locking positions.

the nice thing about all these companies making similar stuff is you can mix and match. If you like Miller Marine rails, doesn’t prevent you from using fish eng rod holder extensions, etc

I did not know many were interchangeable. I too went with fishfighter. It is new to me but so far I like it a lot. Filet/cleaning table, bait table with accessories, quick disconnect mount and lock for Minnkota, anchor system, weight trays with separators, rod mounts various extensions to fit boat gunnels/rails/outboards, cupholders/rod holders/tackle organizers. Bronco I expect you will be on my boat when you return to the states. You will then be able to see for yourself if that is the way to go for you. I will be in Charleston from mid June thru Sept if anyone wants to see for yourself and then decide.

They’re all based on a 4 bolt pattern matching Scotty/folbe rod holder bases. While the rails and base mounts are different, any of the extensions, quick release bases, etc will bolt to the same 4 holes.

Im still using my Scotty/Folbe extensions, but may swap out for a fish eng or fish fighter rod extension eventually. I just liked the Miller marine rail system better.

I put the Fish Fighter rod tenders on my boat recently. Really like having the rods secured while running.

I combined the Fish Fighter rod tender with their angled rod holder risers. When attached to each other they are like one unit.
Their quick disconnect feature allows me to simply pull the spring loaded locking pin, lift the riser and rod tender from the base together to stow in a locking bow compartment when not in use.

As mentioned above the system is very versatile and though on the expensive side, I have used mine for 3 years now and their stuff is very well made. I even included there fish fillet table which is a dream when cleaning fish on the boat when possible. I also choose the Miller Marine anchor nest and it works great with the Fish Fighter anchor.

I love the fish fighter products I do have and am up in the air on rail system I'm going to buy very soon.my only complaint a fish fighter gear is they take pride in the idaho made/U.S.A made and yet offer no military/veteran/L.E.O discount....just my 2 cent rant there lol

Slightly off topic, but what model of Rogue did you order? I am very close to placing an order with them for the next boat.

I know you asked Bronco 75 about which boat he ordered, so please forgive for butting in. I just purchased a Rogue Coastal 26 from Bruce Wassom at Rogue Jets. I have known him for many years and had a number of his older JetCraft boats, he sold JetCraft years ago, they are a different boat now. He is a standup guy, had common issues with materials and labor during covid but he always kept me informed of the status. I looked at recent purchases of both Coastals and others (inboard Jets) every new owner was very pleased with their boats. I would be glad to show you around mine or go for a ride/fish if desired.

I will go Fish Fighter instead of FishEng simply because of the quick detach feature

As I believe you know I too went with Fish Fighter and I am very happy. When you return in August you can try my stuff and see what you want/need. I also purchased some very useful items that are excess (meaning I bought more than one) They are still in the packaging and they are available for you.

I went with the Miller Marine Rail system, 24" fillet table, and a few other accessories on my T-Jet. He makes good stuff and he is local to the Vancouver area. I will be adding his quick release anchor/bow mount set up when I step up to the plate for a Minn kota.(y). I do like the fish fighter products though. I dont think a guy can go wrong with Fish fighter, Fish Eng or Miller Marine. All quality made stuff.

I bought and installed a Fish Fighter Quick Mount System to switch easily from a Minn Kota bow mount trolling motor back and forth with a Koffler Columbia anchor and nest. I initially installed the puck for the anchor well before the trolling motor arrived. I had to reinstall the puck to make clearance to be able to deploy the trolling motor. A word of warning to those installing this system for the first time.

All in all I'm very happy with the system. It takes seconds to remove or switch the anchor/trolling motor out. It allows me to remove the trolling motor and stow it in a safe place while towing or parking in a public place. Very convenient. Cheers, CopperMan.

I am very pleased with the quality and thoughtful design of the various Fish Fighter Products. I just installed their Quick Mount System to easily change from their 26lb anchor to a Minn Kota Riptide Terrova. Very sturdy and the design looks sleek on my Hewes Sports 180! I also installed their Sliding Rail System with cup holders and rod risers. I had a chance to test them out when anchor fishing for salmon and shad on the Mighty Columbia. Overall, I am very pleased with Fish Fighter Products!
