I posted a report from yesterday on another thread. Basically the river is getting low and clear. By the weekend it is going to be real tough fishing. With all the boats anchoring in the middle of the good holes, plan on not fishing or fishing pocket water all day. Also plan on getting out and dragging the boat a bit if you fish above the 101 bridge.

spoke to two guides last night who had good success in two holes on the elk
hooked 8 fish
landing 7 of them
six adults and a jack
BB eggs and shrimp

there are fish
just not lots of water!
