After a week at the coast we are thinking on going over to Sheers Bridge, and see if there just might be a fishie or two??
Can anyone put some light on this for me and the bride???

Thanks to all who reply. Tight Lines Mr.A

Oh. I don't go after steelies much, I think they are mythical, like Unicorns or government help. But, for what it's worth...just came off the river after taking a batch of scouts from Warm Springs to Sandy Beach (just above the falls). If you are going to fly fish, the bug hatches were hot and heavy. I didn't take any gear with me, so I wasn't really paying attention. I found about 8 different types of caddis active, plus a very few pteronacys, and a sprinkling of 4 different mayflies.

Sorry I couldn't help, hope you have a great time!

I'd focus more at the mouth of the river right now, too early for them at the falls (at least is good fishable #'s)
