Here is a question for the board. For those of you who are running criminal background checks for job applicants which service or source are you using? There seem to be a number of private companies out there. Or, are people going through the Oregon State Police? Any advise would be appreciated.

Is there anyone using one of the services? It seems like they may do a more comprehensive review than OSP provides. Although I do think OSP is the best source for in-state reviews. That is my last question for awhile I promise.
