I posted about this some time ago but i cant find a good source for tin cans for canning, i am currently buying from wells can of canada, they are a little pricy though, i know there is a better price out there...also would anyone be interested in splitting the price if i can only get them in bulk? :shrug:

Fishstik, I have been on the hunt myself to buy some. I think that your on the right track as spliting them buying bulk. I would consider spliting with you and maybe some other fishers if the price is right. let me know what you find out. Thanks in advance............Bobber Down

Call Crown Cork and Seal on Lombard. It used to be called Continental Can. They manufacture cans for the fish canneries and the vgetable packers.
I'm sure you would have to buy in bulk.
