I may have been born at night BUT not last night,
Getting some new stuff to go bober fishen, and I dont know how to rig them up

I am useing 50 pound tough line, from reel to snap swivel-- now from here I am lost, can someone help this old Rat.
Maybe a pick!!??

River-Rat, This is how I do it. First put a bobber knot on the tough line,then a small bead,bobber,then another bead,maybe larger this time. OK now tie your line to a snap swivel,now tie your leader to the other end of the barrel part of your swivel,not the snap. I use about 20-24in. leader. Use a cannon ball sinker on the snap part of the swivel. Slow water only needs 1oz. Take a guess on how deep you think it is,cast out,if the bobber floats straight up,move the bobber knot up. Do this until the bobber lays over on it's side,now shorten the bobber knot down,until the bobber floats straight up. You are now fishing.
