I want to have my own original avatar. I have the picture picked out but the problem is that the avatar is 100x100pixels and I don't know how to reduce it. Once I have done that how do I get it to work?

You can find a member's e-mail, if they have their profile set to show it, by clicking on their moniker next to their post. If you want your own e-mail displayed for others, click "my home" and change the setting.
