Hey ZaQ. If you can access the web, you should be able to access your emails. Try this site. All you need is you email address and your password.

if its web mail yes if you use outlook or outlook express netscape or other email cleint the default is to download from the server. i run into this dayly in my job

for most folks, unless they have an email server at home, mail is stored on there isp server.
