I found this public land Oregon Bull on opening morning. I learned his bugle and was able to mostly keep track of him with several encounters and a few close calls over the next 20 days. On the 20th day of pursuit I finally caught a break and zipped an arrow through him at 6 yards, on the ground. Ultimately this is the hardest I've ever worked for one single animal. Ending with the highest intensity encounter of my hunting career.
We had an amazing camp for 2025, and I cant thank those in it enough for their support, friendship and hard work.

Opening night
He has 58 and 57 inch beams with a 44 inch inside spread. He broke his right side G1 in a fight the night prior to killing him. It matched the left side, so when we scored him we took the length of the left G1 and credited the right with the same measurement (18 7/8"). Rough score came out to 359". Without a G2 to speak of on the left side.
