Default Hunting Photo Challenge

We're in the dog days of winter, so share hunting photos of some past hunts successful or not. Deer, elk, bear, turkey, waterfowl, upland game, wild sheep, pronghorn, predators, shed antlers, trapping, etc. Make it fun and enjoyable! Keep it going boys & girls!!!

My son Cody with a pronghorn antelope a few years ago.

Spring bear camp in northeast Oregon.

Treestand hunting for elk.

Backcountry elk camp a few years ago. Backpacked camp in 4 miles, and typically ranged 5-6 miles per day from camp. Lots of snow on that trip. Was thankful for the snowshoes on those steep hillsides.

Second photos are same general area, about 5 miles south of the first photos, a few years later with less snow that year.

This thread should be good, I love pictures!
Best of ‘19 for me
Shed hunts were fun, the wifey was on fire! I found my first fresh elk shed. Had good elk hunt, some beautiful sunrises and my daughter did just fine on a southern Oregon Blacktail.

Not really great at remembering to take picture, plus I tend to hunt solo so hard to get any good ones but here's a few. Sorry if they have already been posted before.

It was for many reasons. Definitely tested my resolve a few times and dang near died about 5 minutes before pulling the trigger. It's a hunt that will forever be engrained into my memories. I'm still dealing with the torn meniscus that happened packing him out.

The ram that got the bullet is a trophy, but I would've shot the first one that was legal. Just happened that he was an absolute brute. 11 1/2 year old, scored 41.5"x40.5" with 14" bases.

Love all the photos! I decided to pull one up from a memorable spike only hunt with my dad and brother in 1996. I'm on the left, brother on the right, and the man who got us started (Dad) in the middle.
I'll never forget the time we spent together in the mountains hunting elk every year. Dad made it a priority and it was how we connected.

Great photos guys, keep them coming!

Found 9-10 piles of bear poo next to a bear bed on the high side of a yellow pine.

Spotted this elk shed from the top (quite aways), and bpurtz convinced me it was a giant 6 pt antler. So I crawled down to it and 10 ticks later I got to the small 5pt antler.
