I see you are in Canby. I feel like there is a shop local there but can't think of it. You have Industrial Weld Supply in Woodburn or Maverick Welding Supply in OC. Maverick is a bit nicer and better customer service and has a better showroom but IWS has all the basics. Be prepared to purchase a couple hundred dollar tank or wait for credit app approval to rent one.

What are you looking for specifically?

Need to change out a private bottle of CO2 and pickup a spool of 304 wire. already have gas for the stainless. The CO2 gets used for beer more than welding.

What gas are you using for the stainless? With the shortage of helium, tri-mix is out of sight.

Also seems as if Airgas is buying everybody else.

25 Argon/75 CO2 mix single pass only.

Newberg Steel is where I buy all my supplies. Much better prices than a lot of the larger chain welding supply stores.

Have to throw my hat in with Maverick Welding Supply in Oregon City. Used the big boys and other small companies, and Maverick has the best prices and customer service. Well worth my trip from Vancouver to Oregon City to be treated like a valued customer and not a number.

The CO2 is for the keg of beer. 25/75 is for welding the stainless. Picked up a bottle of CO2 yesterday at Maverrick.

I use 25/75 for MIG welding all types of steel except stainless. At least in my experience 25/75 doesn't work very well on stainless. I have used tri-mix (with stainless wire) with good results for MIG welding stainless. A much cheaper and better option for welding stainless is to use 100% argon with a TIG welder.

The last time I compared welding gas refills between Airgas and Maverick, Maverick was at least 30% less cheaper.
