Very nice service last night... A lot of people in attendance which showed that Carmen touched many lives...

I still don't understand and I wish I could have helped in some way...

Miss you buddy!

I'm so sad I couldn't attend.

Hope this isn't inappropriate but I can't stop thinking that I wish Carmen was here to see how things seem to be progressing in the fight to save the salmon. He would have been happy about that, I think.

Just seeing this today, I didn't know Carmen personally but I knew him through his posts on this board. He will be missed.

This is a little late but I just noticed it while surfing ifish. I never met Carmen personally but I thank him in retrospect for the great job he and Eric Linde did in making, what to me is the bible on Anchor Fishing, "Anchor Fishing For Salmon and Steelhead". The dvd was marketed the Frank Amato Publications, Inc. I'm not pushing the video but what a great testament it is to Carmen. It helped me get safely and properly started fishing the Columbia. I've watched it often.
Thanks Carmen.
Rest in Peace.

To One especially and all whom have done before us. This man did great things for the fishery. I believe, wish and above all have a prayer for his contributions for the perspective he brought to me.

There is only one, thank you Carmen! May we all be gifted as you have.

How are the kiddos? Are they out of the state's hands by now?
