Default Salmon Trout Steelheader and Salmon & Steelhead Journal

Pearl gave the bulk of these to me a few years ago through this thread and I've added a few years worth of my own and now it's my turn to pass them along. I have about 65 magazines from 2007 through 2012 up for the taking. I learned a lot about fishing the NW and I don't think the fish have gotten much smarter so the articles should still be relevant.

**gone**

edit: ah nevermind clackamas is a bit too far to go get them but it sounds like an amazing gift.

Default Purebred Show Quality Pomeranian Geese

My geese are looking for a new home. I've had knee surgery and while fighting the wind and mud today to feed the geese, it occurred to me that I am going to be in real trouble if we get snow and ice. I won't be able to get out to the orchard to take care of them.

These are quality birds. I've shown twice and the first time won a Grand Champion Waterfowl with a Pomeranian goose. The second show, I won Grand Champion Waterfowl with a Blue Swedish drake.

I'd love to see a 4-H'er take them on as a project. Or even someone doing homesteading. Hatching eggs sell for $10 each, so they can generate income.

If you want them, you will have to come to Central Oregon to pick them up. I can't deliver them. They are easy to catch.

3 ganders, 5 geese, 7 of them show quality, and one goose with excessive color on her neck, but she produces well marked show quality hatchlings.

Send me a PM if you have a good home for them.

Doing some upgrading and have a hardly used Brother HL2270 laser printer and cable to give away. Could not find the disk but drivers are online. Wireless B&W printer. About 2 yrs old but probably less than 200 pages through it and works like new. Send me a email at [email protected]. Must pick up at my home in Hillsboro or office in BEaverton, 16100 NW Cornell Rd.

We just got a new vacuum given to us, so we're looking to pay it forward with our old one.

FREE dark blue Kenmore Progressive upright vacuum with a couple of bags to go with it - pickup in Forest Grove.

HP Color Laserjet 2605dn
Works great but needs the "beam alignment lenses" cleaned to correct a faded printing issue. This is a known issue with these printers but you can do it yourself and here is a link with the issue and how to resolve. Should only take a couple hours of your time and you will have a great printer when you're done.

Riding mower, 12hp no idea on brand. It was here when I purchased this house 11 years ago and I've limped it along since then. Just lost the right mower deck bearings, I replaced the left side last year and I don't have time to go through it again.

This mower runs and has some special features that are rare to find. It will not pass at some NHRA top fuel drags because it's too loud. It also has an auto oil change feature, about every 10 hours of run time you just add another quart and it's new oil! Don't worry if you forget, you'll be reminded when you extinguish the engine fire, just blow off the powder and add oil and keep going (this was 2 years ago and still running.)

I've added some lightweight aircraft grade aluminum to replace the disappearing mower deck parts over the years. As well as tack welding a little extra material on the ball joints to keep them connected sometimes... A few of the safety features may or may not have been defeated over the years, it still shuts off if you put it in reverse with the blades running but not when you get off the seat. Held air in all tires over the winter but one has some fixaflat from last year.

Bring a low deck trailer or strong backs to load it as I don't have a strong back anymore so I'm not much help loading. It'll drive on but not much for approach angle clearance on it.

I'm located outside of St. Helens.

I have a few broken poles if someone has the means to fix them.

One is a Penn pi1020c86mh, missing about 2' of its top, the other an Okuma Guide Select fly rod w/ a broken top. Please see pics for more details.

I live in Dundee and can meet up anywhere within 20 miles (Sherwood - McMinn)

Torsion axle from 2008 Tricker trailer.
Right side torsion broken.
Has drums (internal brake parts removed long ago).
Bearings and hubs are all fine if you have a use for them but must take entire axle.
Bolt pattern is 6 on 5.5.
If no interest, it will go on CL as scrap pickup.
Located in south Salem.
PM if interested.

He hasn't returned my PM, been a few days. Maybe you will have better luck, I don't need all that stuff anyhow so if one of us can get ahold of him then we can divvy it up.

Have a brick regular tv if anyone wants one in Brookings. Otherwise off to the dumpster...
FYI people, the law (in OR at least,) was changed to allow private citizens to dump off old televisions for free (it was a like 22 dollar fee for a while,) because they were all being dumped and thrown into landfills, drove up to old quarries and BLM roads and shot full of holes, etc, and there's a ton of really nasty and toxic stuff inside of those TVs (they're also dangerous, and can potentially shock you to death even after being unplugged for an extended period, if you open them up and mess with certain portions of their guts.)

So please, don't just "throw it in the dumpster," any computer recycle/reuse place will take old computer monitors and TVs off your hands for free (unless you show up with two dozen, then they'll consider you a business and charge a fee, so just dump them one or two at a time!)

I'm not calling anyone out personally with this post, I just noticed several similar posts over the years, and I keep seeing old monitors an TVs thrown on the side of the road.

(no longer available - claimed by Silverslinger)

5 hp Sears Gamefisher Outboard

2 stroke with F/N

Needs new water pump impeller

Engine cover is damaged

Engine ran this spring for an hour. When water pump failed it smoked pretty good. Can still pull cord so it did not seize up. Have manual. Gas tank and hose not included.

Located in Oak Grove (South of Milwaukie)

Spare Trailer Wheel and Tire free:
White Spoke 14"
5 on 4.5" w/3" center hole
205/75/14 6 ply
The tire is older with good tread and no apparent checking.
PM's are fine.
