Also to Note:
Whiskey Creek Volunteer Salmon Hatchery has been forced to cancel our annual fin clipping. As per the Governor no groups bigger than 250. Through out the day of clipping more than 500 folks go through the hatchery. We were worried already about how many would show up so this made our decision for us. We will be hauling the fish to Trask Hatchery nest week and run them through there automatic clipping trailer. This also cancel the garage sale for that day but will be doing it in the spring. Watch for the notice. We will still be holding our annual meeting on Thursday April 9th at noon. Please help us spread the word as we mailed out our news letter last Monday. This was a very stressful decision, no sleep last night.
All fish clipped Wednesday. Thank to ODFW FOLKS AND TRASK HATCHERY. We have always worked together and it pays off. State Hatcheries are closed to the public now but Whiskey Creek Volunteer Salmon Hatchery is still open. Come by and feed the Big Rainbow Trout or the baby Spring Chinook. Stay healthy!!!
