Default Re: Truck/SUV: ALL NEW Cooper Discoverer AT3 Family | 4S, LT & XLT

I have the AT3S4 on my 2018 Tundra CrewMax. Stock size, 275/55-20. I’ve had a few sets of the older AT3 on my 2500 Suburban with fantastic luck. I typically replaced them at 53,000-55,000 miles, but could have likely gotten to the expected 60,000 if needed. Seems I was getting low on tread right before winter, and I prefer to have substantial life left when it starts getting slick.

That said, I will be amazed if the new AT3S4 makes it to 50,000 miles. I currently have 20,000 miles on them, and they’re wearing fast... I’ll hold final judgement till they’re in need of replacement, but it isn’t looking good at this point. With the 65,000 mile warranty, it’s looking like Cooper will be paying for about a third of this set.

Performance wise, they’ve been great. Excellent grip in the snow and ice last winter, and rain is no issue. Now, let’s see how long they last...
