Costco is good. Most Asian markets with a meat counter will also have some.

Great tasting stuff. I made these before but the recipe was a tiny bit different. That being said this looks like a winner also. If interested in the other recipe here is a link to check it out.

Thanks Bill but I have Malcom bookmarked as well as a few others whose recipes I've sampled and liked.

I also like Aaron Franklin's Youtubes. I bought his cookbook. Great resource.
Thing about Malcolm is I almost hate to watch a boy that big eat fatty pork -- but maybe he is healthier than he looks.

Default Great side for the Fourth of July

Cholesterol check came in at 149 this time around. Think it’s time for a some pork sliders and beer for dinner. No bellies but Fred’s had butt for 199 a pound.

I’am an impulse buyer and a opportunist so for me it was a good deal. Oh my Bill it tasted terrific. Took some to work and feed my coworkers, they agreed.

I used the exact method but a different rub only because I did not have the Killer Hogs rub. Here is a link to the one I've found to be one of our favorites for anything pork.

Thanks for posting this. I don’t think I would have ever thought about making this if it wasn’t for this thread. I ended up following Malcolm’s recipe and making it yesterday for us and some friends of ours that we use as guinea pigs sometimes. It came out great, the pictures don’t do it justice. Being that the bellies are fatty and rich, we decided to eat it with a side of fried green plantains and fried boiled yucca root which are both starchy and “plain” tasting. It paired with the pork bellies very well.
