Default sausage makers

Anybody have a favorite place they take their game to make sausage sticks? I'd like to have some venison made into teriyaki sticks. Local (Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside vicinity) is best but I prefer really good sticks to location.

I’ve head a lot of good reports from Uncle Jim’s smokehouse in Adana. Good luck!

Not close to you, but worth the drive.

Dick's Meat in Centralia does a great job. Dick passed away a few years back, but they still do a great job.
