Default Order your mags! 6 for $50 added!

This year, these are EXTREMELY limited, due to the cost.

If you are using Firefox and have Windows 10, you may need to use Chrome to order in order to see the buttons. There is a reported bug they need to fix.

So, this is for Show Orders ONLY!

Know that I will only be at the show for 2-4 days days, but I will be there as often as I can. I may be there every day, but I'm not sure, yet!

Please come back to this thread for updates, PLUS I'll post it on the ifish community separately. I'll be at the Yakima Bait Booth.

As usual, I will do mail orders AFTER the show!
Thanks!

Jen

You guys are making it happen! That's great! Thanks!
Just 5 orders, and it paid for 1/5th of the bill! Big orders, though!
I'm feeling less afraid!

The option for 3 of each (3 carmen/3 river rippers) is on the order form, now.
Sorry I forgot about that!

They sure look nice! I'll take pictures of the mock ups, now.

OK, these pictures are not that great. The pink in the Carmen looks watermelon colored. It's not. It's bright pink as you can see in the other pics. Darnit. I wanted these to turn out, but I only have my iphone with me.

Anyhow, here's the pics of the Mockups. I hope they are good enough!

nice looking plugs. I was going to order 6/50 as was my estimate on the original estimate thread. BUT, no way in hell am i going to the Sportsman's Show and drop another 100.00 on the day to drive there from Corvallis, pay for parking, pay to get in to pick up 6 lures.

wah wah does not compute.

I do understand the shipping cluster and i hope you understand me opting out

Wait. Maybe I would....

I'm so nervous. I'm trying to figure out how many more to order.
I have half of it paid for, from orders, right now. I'm going to end up paying for some of this, no matter what I do, but I always want to have enough lures for everyone. I wish y'all would order ahead, so that I know how many to order.
I have sold 150 of them ahead of time. I wish we could sell another 150, then we'd be good to go and my worries would be nearly null! So, if you want one, please order yours!

I think there are many of us that would pre-order and prepay for our shipped orders and prepay our shipping as well, allowing you to have a more accurate count as well as the means to pay the order in full. It would also allow those who aren't going to be attending the show support the tradition and insure their lures will be available after the show is said and done.

Just my

I thought this to.. But Jennie is not making anything on this and imagine the time and hassle to: gather orders, buy boxes, type up labels, put orders in boxes, Attach labels, tape box, load in vehicle, drive to post office, etc.. She does this out of kindness and she is not in the shipping business nor selling plugs at a margin. And last time she shipped them she wasn’t even completely reimbursed for just the shipping aspect.

That's true, but it just gets too confusing with paypal. It will work out. I promise. It always does!

I won't forget! It's just that it's really hard to separate which ones are for the show, and which ones are for delivery. So, I just wait till after the show and have time separate the orders.

Great news! There will be someone at Yakima booth to buy lures from Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday ALL DAY !

I’ll be there from open to 2-3 and ifisher RWTIII has volunteered to help out the rest of the above days, Wednesday and Thursday until 6-7pm. Pete will take on Sunday!

Question: can I buy lures at the show?

If you can hop on one foot while displaying the ifish wave.... then maybe!

Yes. As always, I will be selling a few, leaving half for ordering after the show! When I run out, I run out, so the earlier you get there, the better your chances!

The 2nd batch will happen shortly after the show is over, giving me time, of course, to set up the order page.

Unless I can find someone to work the booth tomorrow, I will have to simply mail out your lures. I’m working on things. I will be there open till 2 on Saturday and Pete will be there all day Sunday!

You can pick up lures today!

Watch for updates!

Update!

Yay! I asked Jim at R&B boats and he agreed to keep the lures for Friday and maybe Saturday!
So, tonight I’ll send out an email letting all who pre ordered know! Jim from R&B boats rocks!
We had him make our boat and it’s an OSU colored beauty!
Stop by and talk boats with him! You will never meet a nicer guy!

It's been crazy, but fun!

R&B Boats is at booth 503 right up next to the wall.

Today, the lures are at Jim's at R&B Boats.

R&B Boats is at booth 503 right up next to the wall.

Just for giggles, here is the Exhibitor list.

Pending weather- Saturday, I'll be at Yakima Bait from 10-2 PM.
No one will be there, Saturday night.
And again, pending snow/weather, Pete will be there Sunday.

I'm scared to go, today. I just talked to Jim and he said he'd sell them for me again, today. Only problem is that he ran out of Carmen's. If by any chance, there is none left at the Yakima booth, then I'll have to send you your Carmen if you go try to pick yours up.
I still have the "for after the show", so no worries.
Besides, I think there are still some left at the other booth.
Anyhow, Jim made me cry. (good tears!) I told him I couldn't thank him enough, and he said something along the lines that God tells him to love your neighbor as yourself. He is SUCH a good guy! Hug him for me!

Last I hear, Pete is still going Sunday. So, if he's not at Yakima Bait, he'll be at Jim's booth. Either Yakima Bait #274 or R&B Boats #503.

I'm working on it. I'm having trouble with paypal shipping. AGH. I just sent in a support ticket. It's driving my crazy. 4 hours last night, and three this morning of tota banging my head against the wall. I'm good at this, and I can't get it to work!!!!!!
It's adding 5.00 for each item, or if I change it, it adds no money at all for shipping! Neither works for us! LOL
I also need to get back home in order to start shipping. I just ordered a bunch of shipping materials and it is being sent to Tillamook. I think I can make it home, today! YAY!

I'm just done doing the silly paypal coding and I have a headache!

It would help to see the orders come in, and come in perfect!

I had a wonderful beta tester this morning, and she said it worked! So, let's give it a go! You should be charged 5.00 shipping up to 100 bucks and then over that is 10.00.

It is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!

So, if they are gone, they are gone.

Good luck!

If you are interested in anything over 10, you will have to ask me. PLEASE don't order over 10 without my permission! I will simply refund your order.

Thanks so much!

Cool! Thanks for the review. I know. They are beautiful!

OK, guys, I need your help! In order to do the least damage to my finances, I need to sell the last of these lures!
Please, please, please make an order and help me out!

Bill was nice enough to put this on his credit card and I need to pay him off. I'm still going to be in the hole from this, but the less damage the better!!!

So, I've got about 20 of the Rivers and 30 of the Carmen's! Please help this old lady out and make a purchase! You won't regret it! I promise!

LOL-- I have NEVER had to beg to sell these! This feels so weird! Usually I have to apologize that not everyone got as many as they wanted!

You can use regular visa or debit cards with PayPal. Does that help?
If not, private message me.

All you who ordered are my heroes! Thank you! I love you all!

Buzz Ramsey says:

Mag Lip 4.0 Ifish Custom Coloring Contest

Yakima Bait is happy to announce the ifish custom-coloring-contest for 2018 will feature the newest member of the Mag Lip family, the 4.0. This 4-inch plug is the perfect size for spring salmon, has application for trophy size steelhead and other fish types too, and features the same attributes as the other sizes of this popular plug set (Mag Lip is now available in sizes ranging from 2 to 5 inches). Like all Mag Lip the 4.0 features an extra-deep dive while yielding an erratic, darting “skip-beat” action that produces savage strikes from fish. The unique “skip-beat” action produced by Mag Lip teases fish into striking similar to how a house cat pounces when coaxed with a ball & string. Many guides and anglers report a higher hook-to-land ratio when using Mag Lip as compared to other plug types and credit the savage strikes and better hook-to-land ratio to the unique action produced by this lure. The 4.0 will dive up to 16 feet using 30-pound super braid with 50’ let-out. Designed to perform with fillet of sardine strapped to its belly! Mag Lip bait-wrap grooves hold thread/fillet in place - fillet should measure 1-1/4” long and 1/2” wide. Center fillet on belly eyelet (skin side down) and wrap with 4lb mono or elastic thread – finish with 3 half hitches.

MAG LIP 4.0 HOOK OPTIONS
Mag Lip 4.0 is rigged from the factory with treble hooks (Size #2 round-bend trebles) but works with singles too! Mag Lip 4.0 swims correctly when rigged with size 1/0-2/0 (2/0 on tail) siwash style single hook. For two singles, it’s recommend that you rig the belly single hook (point down) off two (2) split-rings, and the trailing single (point up) off double split-rings. Mag Lip 4.0 will perform with one 2/0 or 3/0 size single hook attached to the tail of the lure with no hook attached to the belly fixture, however, to maintain proper balance and speed tolerance we recommend, it’s important, you replace the belly hook with two (2) split rings.

Please clean these out of Grandma's closet!

My current inventory as of Feb 23 at 10:42 is
27 Carmen lures
and
14 river rippers

I have less River Rippers as I gave away some to the original design winner, Tcox.
