Default Apple anyone?

Went to mow my lawn today and noticed this with my Apple tree!!
Only one so far and about 5 leaves on that tree.

I would be really surprised if it was a pear! Apple 🍎 trees love it in Oregon. Give it a ton of water and watch what it does this year.
