Metro has cancelled all of their local hazardous waste collection events due to Covid 19 and I have a couple gallons of old antifreeze coolant to get rid of. Auto parts stores only take oil and batteries as far as I know. I don't know of any other place that accepts coolant.
If you go to the place in Oregon City, make sure you take the immediate right turn as you come into the facility. If you go straight you get into the LONG line with all the yard debris and other waste and it can be a mess to get back to the hazardous waste line. 5 bucks typically but last time I went they didn't charge me anything for dumping a few gallons of old gas.

I went a couple of weeks ago with more than I thought they would accept. They grab everything and said they were not taking payments at the time. FREE!!!
Call your county health department, they usually have a list of disposal sites for products or like locally they do a hazardous waste day but that means you will need to hold on to it for a while.
