Default Columbia River Bass 12-Apr-2020

Cascade Locks. 8 fish in about 3 hours. Had to quit due to wind.

Crankbaits off rocky ledges.

Never saw another person.

I am curious as to where you launched? I looked up to see if the ramp was open and it is closed.

I looked at: https://portofcascadelocks.org/

"In an effort to protect the local community from COVID-19, Port Commission closed its recreational areas, including all waterfront areas, the beach, boat launch, park, campground, and public restrooms."

He's in a kayak. No ramp needed.

Nice bass for this time of year! I would guess that the water temp is still just a bit below 50.

The Oregon side of the Columbia River is only closed to Oregon residents for Salmon and Steelhead.
