Default Salt water show seminar Saturday..slow jigging

If you are interested in a “new style” of iron jigs for tuna join us next Saturday at the Saltwater show to check it out. These jigs were developed and used on my boat last season so we have around 35 trips of serious use and testing on these jigs. They are so easy to use its crazy...they produce and will be a very valuable to your arsenal. I will have the manufacture with me and to help with the seminar and the jigs will be available for purchase at the show.

If you check out my Mark Youngblood Sportfishing facebook page you will see more details on the jigs...they are not a sponsor so I cannot list them here as I understand it.

Unfortunately, I'm not gonna make it this year.
Health is giving the runaround.
Was going to catch Ocean Coach's presentation, in particular.
And scope out all the cool gear.
But probably not advisable at this moment.

Looking forward to this, I hope to get in a few more trips this year. I haven’t had any success at jigging like others on here but maybe someday it will happen.

Put me on the short bus.

I speed/vertical/butterfly jigged a lot last year, flat falls too. I drink the Shimano jig koolaid. For some reason the fish off Ilwaco were picky about jig/presentation last year. The Ilwaco boats that changed up tactics and jigs were much more successful last year. A lot of slower presented, non-Shimano jigs were hammering fish last year.

Unfortunately I'm going to miss the saltwater sportsman show this year. I'll be playing around with jigs and presentations when I can't get live bait down to the 75' deep sonar marks.

I for one am very interested in hearing about your technique. Some people may knock this method of fishing but in Japan this is the main way most anglers are fishing currently. I do business over there and the sheer number of slow pitch jigging lures is amazing. Look forward to this weekend!!

I forgot to mention I have a bunch of Japanese slow pitch jigs that I can bring if you want me to.

Looking forward to this. It is THE seminar that made my decision to attend the show for the first time.

I want to thank Mark and Matt for a great presentation! Spent some $$ on some nice looking jigs too. Can't wait to put the new jigs and knowledge to use on TUNA!

Mark and matt, your seminar was standing room only! Thanks for the great information. I will stop by your both tomorrow and buy a jig or 2.

Was good to see you today Mark! I tried to get a second to say hi to Matt, but he had a line of people learning about and buying jigs all day, from what I could see. Hope he sold out! Those things looked amazing.

Hi Mark and Matt,
Thanks for the excellent seminar... Job well done.
I really appreciated the fact that you not only explained the principles involved and demonstrated your program, but you also told us how to use the parabolic rods most of us have in your system...thank you.
Now to buy some product

I think Matt may have to rethink his work schedule!
Thanks Guys

Those jigs are way bada$$. Unreal paint finish!

I spoke with Matt for a bit today, and he was all sold out of the smaller sizes if I understood correctly. Sounds like he had an excellent day on Saturday.
