Yes, smoked salmon freezes very well. If you don't have a vacuum packer (I don't see how anyone can get along without one) wrap the fish very carefully with stretch wrap (Saran Wrap) and then wrap that with freezer paper.
If you don't have a vac packer, put the fish in ziplock freezer bags, immerse the
baggies in water until the lip is just ready to go into the water and seal them.
This gets MOST of the air out of the baggies and will make your fish last longer
in the freezer.
Absolutely.... follow the instuctions above, or what the Fish Assassin suggests works great too!
