Default Halibut season input for 2020

It's that time of year again:

Feb. 12th Public Meeting in Newport OR for the Central Coast spring recreational all-depth halibut season
ODFW will host its annual pre-season halibut meeting on Wednesday, February 12th, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the ODFW Marine Resources Program Conference Room, 2040 SE Marine Science Dr., Newport.
An overview of the International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) Annual Meeting and the resulting quota will be presented by staff at the meeting, followed by discussion and public input on the timing of "fixed" and "back-up" dates for the Oregon Coast Subarea (Cape Falcon to Humbug Mountain) spring all-depth halibut season for 2020. The IPHC Annual Meeting will take place in Anchorage, Feb. 3rd - 7th.
People who cannot attend the meeting in person can still participate in several ways:
Anglers may also provide input by contacting Lynn Mattes ([email protected]) or Christian Heath ([email protected]) at the ODFW Marine Resources Program, (541) 867-4741

I will be there in Person. It's funny, each year we come up with a plan and the weather kicks our ass. I really thought we had it last year and I will propose we try that again.

Thanks Ron - I fixed it in the post, and will drop Lynn a note to let them know the email blast had the wrong day.
