Busy Day Today! Lots of announcements!!

1) Steelheader's Summer Rendevouz!! This is an incredible event put on by the Salem and Mid-Valley chapters of the Northwest Steelheaders and is a big group campout at Sunnyside County Park with excellent distances from some great fishing! Attendees have their choice of fishing the South Santiam river for Steelhead, as well as Foster Lake and Green Peter Reservoir for Kokanee, Trout, Bass or just pleasure boating. This is a great event for families and kids, and gives participants an opportunity to get to know other Steelheaders. Space is limited so you'll want to register soon. See the flyer posted by Jennie at https://www.ifish.net/board/showthread.php?t=394812

2) Knife Sharpening at the Sportsman's Show -- Bring your Knives to be Sharpened at the Sportsman's Show! All proceeds from the knife sharpening at the Kershaw Booth will be donated to the Northwest Steelheaders! It costs $3 to sharpen a knife, and those dollars will go towards fish conservation and advocacy! Thanks in advance!

3) Willamette Salmon Quest! Get your quest on! Don't miss Portland's most cherished fishing event! April 21st, 2012. Space is limited, so get yourself a guide and get yourself registered. Registration costs are $250 per person, and fishing is in teams of 2 + your guide. Don't miss this opportunity!!
