I know there are a lot of you here know Hogmaster (Gary) from past days on Ifish. I've had the pleasure, like many of you, to have made good friends with him over the years.
His wife, Lori, wanted me to share the news with his friends here that Gary is in the hospital critically ill.
Please keep Gary, Lori, and the family in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
Have not visited this site for a long time and I just heard about this. Gary I am saddened by this news. I pray you can recover from this. Lori I am praying for you as well. Thanks for a ll the memerable posts.
I used to read those stories Hogmaster would write about and he brought so much laughter into my day. Thanks for brightening my days Gary and my families prayers will be with you. ray:
A very sad day today. I think everyone who ever met Gary is better for it. Prayers for Lori his daughter Alisa and the rest of the family. He will be missed.
One of the funniest things I have ever read on IFISH was Hog's story about "Black Ducks", every jet boat owner should read that. Laughed until I cried. Tonight, another reason for tears. RIP.
Going to miss Gary and his zest for life. He was a good friend and will always have a special place in my heart. Love to Lori and his family. RIP Buddy
Rest in peace Gary, it's been a real privilege to have been your friend over the last few years. Had some fun times together. Looking forward to hearing some new Arnie stories when we meet again someday. Wishing Lori and family peace and comfort in this time of sorrow.
you will be dearly missed Gary. May you have no limits, or sea lions stealing your springer while you fish on the other side. Rest in peace my friend:flowered:

I never really knew why he left ifish, but I know I missed his fishing reports and stories. He was a master story teller. My thoughts go to his family and friends.
RIP
