Default Uh oh, wife bought a bow!

Ahhh, my last escape from my wife has been compromised! She bought a Bowtech LadyHawk today at Sportsmans, a 2003 closeout. She's got a better sight than I do, even!!

Next off to Kutch's to finish outfitting and tuning, and have her shooting 50lbs consistently and accurately by next August.

thats great! I wish I could get my wife into it. Ive tried and tried but she doesnt seem to want to do it. even if it was for target shooting only.
But now you can spend more of the quality time together.

Actually, she's been a pretty avid outdoorsy type, and has killed several deer over the years. Just means it's going to be tougher for me to slip out by myself anymore...she'll be looking for a babysitter for the kids!!

Ive been trying to find ways to get her out in the woods more often. I wish she would at least go shooting with me. you can always use an extra pair of eyes out in the woods. Sometimes it is a real experience out there. Well good luck this year!

Kyle I dont know if I am happy for you or sad for you

I wish my wife would spend more time with me in the woods. I am glad my wife doesnt spend more time with me in the woods. She loves hiking, camping, cathing trout when the bite is hot, and cooking smores on the campfire ....correction eating smores.

I made the mistake one time of shooting a buck in front of her Took me a couple hours to find her as she went down the road on foot crying :depressed:

On one hand I think it would be fun to have her along on some of the stuff I experience, on the other hand I think it is good for us to each have our own thing to do

I hope you and your wife have fun hunting together.
