Gas is 2.25 and steady
$2.25 and $2.24 is about the cheapest I can find in Coos Bay, Is everyone getting it cheaper or just the folks along the I-5 corridor.

Re: Gas is 2.25 and steady
Seems like places that sell for cash are selling for less. The prices may be dropping, but I bet the margins for the stations are shrinking, too.

Re: Gas is 2.25 and steady
Diesel is what gets me......
$2.53/gallon here in Lafayette, always some of the cheapest around. His reg gas is $2.13....in line with other stations, not the cheapest, not the most expensive.
BUT then head toward PDX. There's stations which have gas @ $2.09, $2.07........and their diesel is $2.70 or MORE per gallon! My guess is, since these are all Shell stations, they're all paying the same prices, so some are making their extra money off diesel.
Us diesel folks are still getting stroked, and will continue to be, I'm sure, until we can come up with an alternative. Of course, I'm sure that big oil will make sure that alternative always costs just a tad more than theirs..

Re: Gas is 2.25 and steady
It does really hurt to go "juice" the F350 with a fresh load of diesel..I still can't get it done (if I'm empty) for under a $100.00
Costco did have regular gas for $1.96 yesterday in Salem.
