It was too bad though that ESPN2 couldn't hang around for a little while to get some interviews in with the coach and key players, especially after the Pilot's totally dominated UCLA. I guess it wasn't important enough to ESPN2 programers to miss the women's basketball game.
Congrats to the lady Pilots. They sure know how to play soccer.

Soccer fans had to love that...especially the first two goals against a goalie that hadn't been scored on the entire finals...
Years ago, I was in Greensboro, NC, planning a conference and got tickets to a semifinal match between UNC and Portland...Portland fought them to a draw through two time outs then lost a shootout by one goal...with me were a friend from UNC and a Penn State fan from State College, Pa...

I am not much of a soccer fan but have to say this is a great thing for our local community and a small university like the U of P to accomplish a feat like this for the 2nd time against a major school like UCLA.....

I Tivo'd it. It was a great game up til it ran past the alloted time. Bummed me out to not get to see the final eight or nine minutes. No score change but still, having to see the final outcome on the news!
