Washington Goose Permit

Have any of you Wash hunters not gotten your goose permit yet? I called today and they said they would put one in the mail. She said that since they switched to the computer system she needed some more info. It didn't seem to matter last year. So, if it's not in the mail Fri. I have to run down to Vancouver and get my permit so I can hunt Saturday. What really confused me is that I haven't shot a dusky since they started this permit business.

I may have missed something, but I was under the impression Washington isn't having the special goose season this year along the Columbia...

Where'd ya hear that? If they weren't having the season why didn't the gal tell me today when I called? As far as I know it's still a go. It just started on Tues and ends in Jan. In years past it started just before Thanksgiving. Please tell me your source so I can see if I'll get ticketed Sat. or not. I know you press guys have your confidential sources you can't give up. :grin:
