Installing locks - bench seats NR boat

Has anyone installed locks on NR boat bench seats? I'm gettin' tired of hauling out the gear when I park it. Muchas gracias.

I haven't but would a lock on one of those seats really prevent someone from breaking in? Kind of like your glove box with the flimsy lock. If someone wants to break in they are going to.

Yep, I agree. I want the locks so I can keep the five finger discount shoppers from an easy grab.

I agree as well, if they want it they're going to get it no matter what. Atleast you can say you tried to prevent somebody from getting into your stuff. It also might take an extra couple of minutes, which may allow you the opportunity to hear or see them in the act.

I feel that locks help keep honest people honest because it's not such an easy grab.

I have a buddy who caught a ******* going through his boat one night. The poor guy was lucky he got away, even if he was a little sore.
