Greenhorns
Hello to one and any,
New member looking forward to learning how to be a better sportsman in Oregon. I have been here for almost four years and I am loving this area.
I moved around a lot for the last 24 years being in the military. My next move will be from here (my home in the Trask unit) to the McMinnville graveyard.
I legally hunt waterfoul, upland game and big game. I would like to say that my first and lasting impression of the Oregon hunter is that most of them are awsome! Like no other place I have been.
I am sure there are a nmber of goobers, but I am really impressed. I know there is an increasing amount of trash being dumped, but I always see guys (like me) picking it up and generally keeping themselves legal and in a proper attitude.
I think you guys and gals have taken good care of Oregon and have kept the liberals in check.
I am proud to call McMinnville and Oregon my home and I will try my best to be a valued member of this forum.
Spooney

Welcome aboard, Spooney!
I spent nearly 11 years in the Army (QMC) before getting out and returning home to Oregon.

Re: Greenhorns
Greetings! And remember, those empty bottles and cans you pick up can be turned into bait money in Oregon!

Re: Greenhorns
Welcome home Spooney! Retired myself from the Army and the five sided building in '96 and finally made it back here this past Sept. If you have some free time in the Spring ring me up and will catch some Springers in the Willamette.
