Too bad the bill died. (Also too bad baiting and hound hunting was banned in the first place.)

Had too many instances of other things happening during my elk hunts that had zero to do with cats and bears that ultimately degraded my hunt (hound tracks on every set of fresh elk tracks, dog hunters bragging on the radio about how many deer and elk they boxed up during the days hunt).

Yes its a double edge sword, the preditor populations are up and the game numbers are down.
