suzuki outboard service

late last year i purchased a t-jet with a 140 h.p.four stroke.
has anyone had a suzuki dealer refuse to proform warrentee service?
my motor runs great and have not had any problems whatsoever.
i'm just looking for some ideas for future referance.

I thought Sigler's and Sportcraft were the Zuki guys. I know of another shop that will be opening soon in the Tualatin area.

it appears that sportcraft and siglers don't get along.
i live in oregon city and thought i could use sportcraft for convienance....BUT.
i can have cash services done there but not warrentee work???!!

I have a 2002 with about 125hrs. Had had no problem with service. It's been great! [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img]

It might have to do with it being on a sport jet . About 20 years ago i had a problem with a Mercury and the dealer would not honor the warrenty because it had a jet pump , and this voided the warrenty.
