Default Dreaded baton winner?

As the day progresses, does anybody want to speculate on who will win the infamous baton? Nominations are now open for discussion! Who will catch the fewest fish, most fish, or biggest fish?

I am right with you Spazz! However, you are a step above the rest of us stuck at work! Thanks for taking the phone calls, and time to post the info today! Sorry to hear that GBS is now one of us. :depressed:

Thanks for the info Gizmo man! Sounds like several boats still have a chance at the baton. Not that I wish poor fishing on anybody, but it is nice and dry inside! I would still rather be out fishing.

Thank you, Spazz, for posting the news. It may have made the Sturgeon Challenge more interesting for some of the folks who couldn't be out on the water.

As to who gets the baton, at least we know it won't be Team Whatever, with Anger Management, Tuna Breath and Tillamook Chinook.

Talked to STZII and fish chaser. They report very slow action for them and for others they hear on the radio.

Looks like many will be in contention for the baton.

Just in from Catch and Eat:

Catch and Eat has 6 shakers....biggest 39"

Kentucky Hog hunter...on the move as we speak...no keepers.

Tackle Buster...tons of shakers, but no keepers.

Bernie is fishing at the head of the channel and reports boats thick like springer time...but most without keepers.

They are fishing between sun and rain showers with another big dump of rain as I type this.

Hope this helps those of us enjoying the warmth of our houses to know we are not missing any hot or for that matter cold bites....
