In all my years with th FD I hoped every shift that I would have a chance to do that and I NEVR did!! Oh well, I have seen enough pictures to know that it does happen.

If that's real the owner should feel lucky they didn't just yard that car out of there with the engine and be damned where it ended up. That said I hope he got a huge fine! That right there could cost someone a life. Stupid and thoughtless.

it's obvious with the angle of the hydrant, the hose would have easily went over the hood ...seems more vindictive than neccessary.


I agree though..a very healthy ticket is needed for that dufus!

I think the damage to the windows will be alot cheaper to fix, than the damage to the hood that charged 5 inch supply line will cause. That stuff ain't light!
