I know a guy that killed a big 3x4 in the Willamette unit with his bow last week.

I've been seeing quite a few rutting bucks in the last week or two, they seem to be tailgating the doe's pretty good right now. The next 2 or 3 weeks should be intense!

Sliverpicker. Did your buddy have an addition deer tag? Or was it general season bow?

Oh my goodness I cannot wait for Saturday. Was given permission to hunt some property near Oregon City and I think I have a good shot at getting my deer. They see a small buck everyday. Not sure I can pass him up in hopes of a larger buck. I just can't figure out how to pass up deer.

Thehunter...he had a Willamette unit tag and was hunting the north end of the valley.

Just saw another photo of a guy that killed a 4pt yesterday with his Willamette tag, also with a bow.

I may hunt Stott Mt. TG weekend.

I haven't scouted it and I hate just driving over without any idea where to go. But: Four days ? Who knows ?
