Duck hunting from drift boat?

Can anyone recommend any good stretches of rivers to do some drift boat hunting for ducks.... within an hour or so from PDX??

Pudding river, when the rains come. Any where near Aurora to the mouth. The river empties into the Molalla then The Willamette. A take out ramp is on the South side of River below the Mollala. Mollala River state park, near Canby.

Peoria to Corvallis is great for ducks

Um lets remember what stretches of water we enjoy success on and have looked far'n'wide for those successes! A convience to some maybe a two hour drive, but to others is knowing there will be no competition for ducks or that water!!!!!

<font size="2" face="verdana,arial,helv">Did I read your response incorrectly, or are you encouraging people to NOT tell me where to go?

Is that really the spirit of this board? Maybe I missed the fine print from Ifish somewhere? I have been a member for 6-8 months, and although I don't post extremely often asking for help, I am always willing to give some insight to someone who might need a bit of advice on a topic I have some knowledge about.

In my opinion, you should log-off and not bother to participate in this board any longer if you only have negative comments.
