Kids and Geese

Gary and I took the kids out for my daughter and mine's first goose trip of the year.

There's not tons of 'em around yet, but enough for some shootin'.

Each of the kids got a solo on singles. Generally not bad for huntin on last year's muddy decoys. (I really meant to touch them up over the summer) Luckily Gary had his Dave Smith Decoys lookin pretty.

Good times, lot's more to come. Tamsen and I enjoyed the day with Blake and Gary.

You gotta love Oregon, chinook, deer and geese in the same week.

I can still remember the day Dad brought home my first real duck gun. I was in hog heaven. Times with your kids is easily one of life's most precious things. Kudos on enjoying and sharing.
