GRB...glad to see you are hiring folks who share your passion.

So what is the "house" percentage on company property 'winnings'? Maybe its time for you to camo out the shop and mount up a few gun rests.

Default EVEN MORE Fringe Benefits, NEW Fish Pic

For the second year in a row, an employee of mine has filled their buck tag at my shop while on my payroll. Just a fringe benefit i guess.

Trent with his trophy.

Credits to my wife Karen for spotting the buck while driving out the driveway. Of course it won't qualify for the record books since fair chase was violated when I called Trent on the phone and told him to grab his gun and sneek around the shed

Meat in the Pot!!!

Well,

At a big company, they'd call it Team Building.

We just took a couple days off to play this week.

You saw Trent's buck from Monday.

This is Trent on Tuesday

Don't you just love Oregon?

How much do these guys pay you to work there? I want to see if I can afford a job there.

I thought that deer looked funny hanging in the shed when I pulled in the driveway the other day. Then I went to get some parts and their was another one hanging in the shop. It looked like a mini Hunting Lodge.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a bunch of Geese and Ducks hanging around like usual.

When is it customer apprician day? Or will you hire me to work part-time so we can fish?

It looks like you treat your employees really good. Its harder to find bosses like that much anymore. Mine took me to the chicken ranch aboard the company yacht. Little things (which are really big things) REALLY improve moral. Trust me I know. A job with "Surf and Turf" benefits is just what the Dr. ordered. Keep up the great job and you should have no shortage of happy, trustworthy employees.
