Default Getting rid of motorized decoys

I have a quack attack motorized decoy with a brand new motor and battery re charger. It has only been used a few times. Since we are now not allowed to use them in Oregon, I need to trade for some G&H's or sell it outright. Does anyone have any ideas or want to trade? Your help is needed.

You can still use it, remove the belt or gear and us it as a wind powered spinner. Don't sell it
