I have had very good luck with them. Especially price matching (even TireRack.com) and customer satisfaction warranty.
The 1st set of tires I bought from them didn't live up their salesman's recommendation. After I drove them for a month or so they gave me full credit on them towards a different brand.
Good outfit I think.

I have bought tires from them for years and always had great service. A couple of weeks ago we were getting new tires on the wife's suburban and it turns out one of the wheels were cracked. They let us borrow a brand new wheel till our new wheels came in.

Re: Discount tire co. America's tire co.
I'll be getting a replacement tire from America's Tire this weekend for half price. I called around trying to find the specific one to match the other three that were still just fine. When I told him what happened (I drove on it flat for over a mile), he told me to give him some numbers from the inside sidewall and called me back shortly to tell me he could get it for me under warranty at half price. Service like that will make customers through word of mouth. Go for it!

I've bought from them in the past, but I go with LS every time now. I like the fact that LS has so many stores,we spend alot of time on the road and I know I can go to the next small town and find a LS store.
Discount is getting better, but they only have 1 store in all of Eastern Washington.

Just buy the best deal you can get. Flats don't happen that often and if they do, all Les stores will fix the flat for free, regardless of where you got your tires. Even if they charge, the charge is less that what you save by buying at the stores mentioned in this thread.

Re: Discount tire co. America's tire co.
thx guys, ICHTHYDEMON Fish Wheels those where my thoughts too. I just recently had my two front tires punctured via a nail strip behind lincoln city. I still paid for the new(used) tire from LS in Lincoln city. This time when I go in back woods I have 2 spares hunting. America's it is.

Re: Discount tire co. America's tire co.
I just bought some BFG's from the new Tanasbourne shop for my truck and they where such a GERAT deal with Awesome customer service. I took my wifes car in there the next week!!
These days it seams like personal customer service is getting less and less, this outfit really went the extra mile for us!

I buy all my tires from American. There service is comparible to Les Swab. They treat you good. But either place is fine.
