Live to fish, I'm in your area also. I love takeing people out and showing them around and hunting with them. Give me a shout. I usually hunt Thursday and Friday but may also hunt Wednesday evening and Sat mornings.

I am looking for someone in the Saint Helens area to show my son and i the ropes out here.Before i moved out here from idaho 3yrs ago i hunted ducks and geese evey year.I have not been hunting at all since we moved out here.HELP!!!!

Dan thanks for the invite i will be getting in touch with you.This will be my son's first year hunting so i want to try and make it a good one for him.I am hoping to be in the market for a duck hunting dog by spring too.

Just know going in that this aint Idaho.

I moved here five years ago from Idaho and went knocking on farmers door's asking permission and was told, "Sure you can hunt here, this is how our program works you sing here pay me a thousand bucks for the season and you can hunt every other saturday but only when the sun is high and the sky is blue."

I'm exagerating a bit, but the experience was simular.

Atleast there is IFISH now and lot's of good people to hook up with.

I wish I could offer some help but I'm still figuring it out myself.

Give me a shout in about a month after we've had more rain and the water's higher...I can show you some places on the north unit at Sauvie where you can hunt seven days a week, sunshine or not...public area not too far from you. If you've got a boat we can go up Cunningham Slough from Scappoose Bay.
