Sixes youth hunt Results

Make those memories when their still little. My soon to be 15 year old has a juvenille tag, but between football (his team is undefeated and heading to the playoffs) and basketball practice it's going to be hard to get him out.

Well just returned from 9 days of hard Coastal hunting in the Sixes unit, My boys had Youth Doe tags and it was a good thing. John 13 got a Spike opening day, his first deer and Garrett 15 got a Doe a couple days later also his first deer. The boys are completely hooked! Thanks to Tailchaser for the info you provided, but we ended up hunting right up the Sixes river, there where alot of deer along the river, but not many where we could actually hunt, We ended up with the 2 youth tags filled and that was all for the group, it was a great hunt that the boys will never forget! Did see about 100 Elk and shot about 12 grouse.
