Default Willamette Salmon Count
What was the total Willamette salmon count for 2003 and did it meet ODFW projections? What's the forecast for 2004?

It ended up over 100,000 fish. It's predicted to be close to the same.

The managers seem to always underestemate the Willamette to give them some room in case it comes in lower.
