Default Coast Waterfowl

I would be interested to know if there are any areas to hunt Ducks in the Longbeach, Wa / Astoria area, I have a cabin in longbeach and would like to learn some weekend hunts around there. Willipa Bay is the closest body of water so its the most preferable. I dont mind driving a hour or so in the morning to get to a spot.

I've heard that Willipa Bay had some good waterfowl hunting, although I haven't tried it.

I hunt Lewis and Clark NWR quite a bit. It's located on the lower Columbia, just upstream from Tongue Point. Once you pay your dues learning the area it can be quite productive. A boat is required, as well as close attention to the weather and tides.
