Default cracked bow limb?

After archery elk closed I noticed a crack in my upper limb. I still have a deer tag to try and fill during the late hunt. Does any one have any advice? You think it will work for one shot, chance it or retire the bow? Its an older PSE, so I need to up date. At full draw you can see the crack open a little, but it dosent get any longer. The crack is right down the middle a few inches above the limb bolt, and about 4 inch long.

If you take it to an Archery shop they can fix it ASAP.

If it's not a warranty issue it may be a little spendy but they will have to replace both limbs.

Welcome to the Club. My Martin broke a limb and thus the nightmare began.

Should have bought a Bowtec

Please don't shoot that bow any more. It may cost you a lot more than just a new bow. Lots of energy there that needs to go somewhere. Might just be in your eyes. I'd look into a new one.

I had a wood compound bow blow up on me once... definitely not something I would want to experience again. Retire it.

River Rat...you might stop in at the little bow shop here in Sandy and see if they have any late season deals. Maybe they'll put their 2005 models on sale?

Good Luck!
