Default Trask or Siletz Tues?

Im considering going over to the coast Tuesday. Need some input. Pm's accepted.

Should I fish the Trask, bobber n egg on the way out towards the bay and then roll some herring around, or should I hit the Siletz chinook bend area with a bobber and eggs, and flatline some herring in the shallows if the eggs aint workin?

Any input would be appreciated.
If I can work out the details..Ill trade a seat for eggs if anyone is interested. Just bring enough eggs for both of us and Ill provide the ride/gas/rod/gear for the bobber fishing part of it. Bring your own mooching rod/gear.

Completely tentative at this point, but Im sure I could be talked into it if someones got some good bait, Tuesday off and a sense of humor.
No alcohol. High tide is at 1:30 pm

All I can say is that three of us trolled the Siletz for five hours yesterday and no fish. Out of a good hundred boats, we saw one fish caught and heard of one other. It was slow yesterday, but you never know.

Good luck wherever you go.

Whatever you do dont bother with the Strom area on the Siletz.....bobber fished it today till 1:30 and no fish caught by anyone I talked to. Went up as far as we could in the boat we have and covered lots of water. Only saw 6 fish roll all day and they were very dark. I think the recent rain moved a lot of fish up high.

Good luck and give us a report when you get back!
