Sounds like a Great day! Where were you fishing the ghost hole- North jetty??? I have my 81 year old Dad with me and only get about 3 hours of fishing before he tires out. So since I am a working guy I am hoping to get right into it.
Bait or spinners best now. I haven't benn fishing in over a month so I have lost touch with what's best now.

I'm leaving today for Tbay and fish Thurs, Fri and maybe Sat if it is any good. Your report is one of the more positive posts. Ocean report sounds good for Thurs but crappy for Friday. Outside on Thurs, bay on Friday. This is a website for the tillamook buoy with links to weather forecasts.

Thanks for the bouy weather web address. I've fished around tillamook in the summer most of my life, but rarely get to go after the fall chinooks due to schedules. I hope it is great. I have a 19' arima sea ranger with a new 115 4 stroke merc . If you see me holler I would love to wave at some fellow Ifishers.
