Fish out of water

After a busy summer and long bowhunting season I finally find myself at home on a saturday and its strange! Good time to take care of some errands and loose ends but I'm feeling the cabin fever already and its only 11AM. Good thing duck season is close!

I know what you mean.

I was explaining how in the spring there's halibut and springers and shad and sage rats, and in the fall there's deer, elk, ducks, geese, and then in the winter, etc, etc, to my wife's sister, and she finally shook her head and said, "You don't really have an off season, do you?"
